Fidevo was built on a different premise: that the bottleneck is never the tool. It is always the operating model - the governed layer that decides what the tools may do, what counts as evidence, who owns the next action, and whether the result was worth it.
That premise is what F17 is built on.
WHY NOW
The companies that get this right in the next two years will be very hard to catch.
Enterprise AI governance is not yet a commodity. Programmable money orchestration is not yet understood. The operating model that connects evidence, decisions, actions and money flows across existing systems does not yet exist as a product category.
It will. And the companies building on it now - as early adopters, as pilots, as the first to establish a baseline - will have an evidence advantage that compounds.
We are early. We know we are early. That is the point.
THE CONVICTION
Three things we believe that most enterprise software vendors do not.
Every result must be reviewable.
Not a dashboard. Not a summary. A measured business outcome with the evidence behind it, the assumptions used, and the person who owns the next action. If it cannot be reviewed, it does not count.
AI without governance is a liability, not an asset.
The question is not whether to deploy AI. The question is whether you can explain what it did, prove it was authorised, and reverse it if it was wrong. Most enterprises cannot answer all three. That is the problem Fidevo's governed operating model exists to solve.
The operating model is the product.
Tools are abundant. The scarce thing is a governed model that connects them - one that learns from evidence, stays within defined limits, and improves without losing control of accountability.
